What to Expect
The LIVE Life Reentry® retreat is a three-day journey that will change your life after LOSS. The retreat will provide you with tools, exercises, grief cleanses, invisible losses discoveries and healing.
This healing is necessary for the life ahead. Christina believes that after loss we go to a place she has coined the Waiting Room. The place between two lives, the life you leave behind after loss and the life that is waiting for you.
Millions of people never leave the waiting room. They believe that the waiting room is their second chapter, where all it is, is a waiting place. Time does not heal all wounds. And grief is not meant to last forever.
Fear takes over our life after loss, and our brain is stuck on this fear based experience. This weekend will help you exit the fear loop and take your very first steps into your brand new life after loss. After the retreat you will also have access to the private, members-only, Life Reentry® community where you can connect with other people who are sharing a similar journey.
You will exit your old life and enter a brand new one, with increased self-awareness, wisdom, and a new way of looking at life. You will take home the skills, tools and community support to move forward after life altering loss or change.
- Friday and Saturday you will attend a variety of different sessions that will walk you through the Life Reentry® model and your journey to begin your new life.
- You will ask questions, share, support and encourage each other in the community.
- I will do everything in my power to remind you that your life is not over yet. No matter what has happened to you, you still have the power to reinvent, rebuild, feel again, love again, live again.
- You will receive a Life Reentry® journal that contains the Life Reentry® material, exercises, and homework to help you on your journey.
- After the weekend, we will interact together daily within the private, members-only, Life Reentry® community and make sure you are moving towards your goals.
- By the end of Life Reentry®, your life will look different, you will have tools and resources to rebuild and reenter.
- After the 3 days are over, we start a life long journey where we help you make the new dreams come true. You will never be alone again.
My goal? To make every moment feel like a Reentry experience with steps and life changing insights.

About Christina
Christina is the best selling author of SECOND FIRSTS (Hay House) and the upcoming book WHERE DID YOU GO (Harper One) Christina uses the basic principles of brain science and quantum physics to change the patterns and habits of grief.
She writes a weekly blog on her www.secondfirsts.com website that ignites life after loss for over 50,000 people. She is the founder of The Life Reentry® Institute and the creator of The Life Reentry® model. A brain based method that helps the bereaved find their way out of grief and back into a new life.
Her model is part of a big brain study that looks to see its effectiveness in the brain. She is educating and training medical centers, hospices, and therapists to provide Life Reentry® support groups and services globally.
There are trained LR practitioners in 4 countries so far. She teaches her Life Reentry®, Life Reentry® Practitioner and Beyond Reentry classes in her community platform www.LifeReentry.com.

You will be responsible for your own travel arrangements, main meals and hotel stay. Once you sign up for the course you will be invited into our private Facebook page and you can reach out to other participants if you are interested in sharing a room.
