Christina Rasmussen is the creator and founder of The Life Reentry Institute, Second Firsts and Star Letters. Christina is on a crusade to help millions of people rebuild, reclaim, and relaunch their lives using the power of their own minds. Christina’s work has been featured on ABC News, NPR, The White House Blog, and MariaShriver.com. She is the bestselling author of Second Firsts: Live, Laugh, and Love Again, which has also been translated in Chinese and German and is currently working on her second book on expanding the mind in ways that allows co creation with the forces of the universe. She is also writing her first work of fiction: a science fiction story about a woman on a quest to start over and begin a new life.
Carole is passionate about inspiring conversations for embracing life after loss and creating greater awareness of the often hidden process of grief.
She holds a Nursing Doctorate from the University of Colorado and has experience in palliative care, integrative medicine, and nursing education. She also has a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology and is a certified Life Reentry Practitioner. She uses both her professional background and personal experience from the death of her husband to inform her work. In addition to Life Reentry, she loves singing, spending time in nature, and finding the extraordinary moments in everyday life.
Christy is passionate about building brand awareness through online marketing and social media strategies. Through running her own companies and working with various clients, she crafted her skill in the digital marketing world. She received her BA in Business from Kuyper College.
Cassie studied Studio Art & Design and Photography at Northern Illinois University and received her Bachelors of Fine Arts. In addition to the Life Reentry Institute and Second Firsts, Cassie’s passions transfer over to Star Letters where she photographs and writes about rocket launches from the NASA Press Site at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. She also enjoys going on adventures with her camera, her husband, and her two dogs. She brings her innovation and creativity to our team as a Content Developer.
After a 31-year career as a music and math teacher, Randy has continued to interact with and help people, as a computer technician. Additionally he enjoys traveling, working out, corresponding with friends, reading, and practicing piano. He is a graduate of The University of Michigan, with a B.A. in Music Education and a M.M. in Music Performance. Randy has been a member of the online Life Starter community and coursework for over two years after losing his wife of 37 years and looks forward to “giving back” by working as a member of the team.
